Linkable30 ("we," "us") is a LinkedIn education program run by Vitoria Okuyama. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain: we collect the minimum we need, we do not sell your data, and you can reach a real person to ask about any of it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us. Your name and email when you join our waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or enroll in a cohort.
- Payment information when you enroll, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic usage data. Standard analytics from our website (pages visited, device type) to understand what's useful.
- Your own LinkedIn analytics. When you connect your LinkedIn account to our analytics tools, we access analytics about your own posts (impressions, reach, engagement, followers gained) through LinkedIn's official API, read-only. We access this only with your authorization and only for your own account. We never post, message, or make changes on your behalf, and we never access anyone else's data.
How we use it
- To deliver the program, our newsletter, and the analytics you asked for.
- To contact you about your enrollment, the cohort, and related updates.
- To improve our content and understand what performs.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your LinkedIn data stays yours. We read it only to show you your own analytics, with your permission. You can revoke our access at any time from your LinkedIn settings, and we stop accessing it immediately.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run Linkable30. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- LinkedIn (analytics via its official API)
- Vercel and Supabase (website and secure data hosting)
- beehiiv (newsletter delivery)
- Our payment processor (enrollment payments)
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as you're a subscriber, member, or customer, and only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails anytime using the link in any email.
- Revoke LinkedIn access anytime from your LinkedIn settings.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you.
